You may have heard about Kegel exercises from your yoga instructor, personal trainer, gynecologist, family, or friends but ‘Kegel Balls’? Not as much.
Well, here’s all you need to know about Kegel Balls.
Kegel Balls as the name rightfully describes, are ‘balls’ that are used to tighten the vagina. Also called, Vaginal Weights they are used to compliment Kegel exercises to help tighten the pelvic floor muscles more effectively and the bladder as well.
The pelvic floor muscle naturally goes through strain during vaginal childbirth which can weaken it causing a loose vagina and a weak bladder, in effect, it you may experience urine spills occasionally when you laugh or sneeze and unable to hold it in when you feel like urination. Others may not also enjoy sex or reach orgasm at all! Yep! That can be a bummer! A strong and toned pelvic floor muscle means, a stronger bladder and better sex! Deeper Orgasms too!

Some Kegel balls come with Remote Controls that you can use to regulate it. They come in different types and shapes and sizes, so you have variety of options to choose from. One other thing to note it that they come in different weights so you start with the lighter one until your body adjusts and then you can move to the heavier weights.
To remove your Kegel Balls; Lie in a comfortable position and gently use the string to tug it out of your vagina. You can also use a lubricant to make it easier removing it. Thoroughly wash your Kegel balls and keep them in a clean place or back into the box.
