Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardio exercises have been proven to improve the overall health if both men and women, building up endurance. Any physical activity that gets your heart beating faster will boost blood flow within the body and that can be a plus for arousal purposes. Yes! Kegel Exercise

This is a personal favourite! Kegel exercises are done by clenching or squeezing the pelvic floor muscles (as if to hold back urine). Do this for 5 seconds every few minutes and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles for more sensational sex with your partner. Oh! Balance Exercise

Balance exercise like yoga and planks are another effective way of enhancing sex. As the name rightfully says, balance, (for my adventurous people *wink*) these exercises strengthen the core, arms, shoulders and legs and ensure that, the body gets more stability whiles strengthening the muscles in these areas. Frog Pose

This exercise allows to strengthen your inner thighs so you’re able to straddle and stretch your legs open wider. It builds enduranceand destresses your inner thigh and hip muscles for easier movement.

Pelvic Thrust

Another effective exercise that works the hamstrings, hips and core to build flexibility and stamina. I highly recommend this for all missionary lovers and cowgirls. As you lay down and grip your man on top of you or straddle him and lean backwards, you’re rest assured of maximum pleasure for you and your partner!
